ArcVault ships to all EU countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and more.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment.

Delays: Arc Vault is responsible for the delivery of your order to your address. In case of significant delay or issues with your delivery, please contact us at support@arcvault.store, we will work together to find a solution in accordance with your rights as an EU consumer. In exceptional cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or strikes), we will inform you as soon as possible.
