We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used items
- Personalised products
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time.
