We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a return request directly from your order, no need to contact us first.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at support@arcvault.store if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including: used items, personalised products, personal care items, gift cards, and sale items. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU right of withdrawal

For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

You may also cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, submit a cancellation request directly from your account.

The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@arcvault.store.
