SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to accurately represent our products and services. However, colours or appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type and settings. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products will meet your expectations or match what is depicted in our store. Product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Arc Vault reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its sole discretion. Your order is only accepted once Arc Vault has confirmed acceptance and your payment has been received and processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once an order is accepted. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as stated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping and handling fees, and customs or import duties.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Arc Vault ships to all EU countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

Arc Vault takes responsibility for the delivery of your order. In the event of a significant delay or delivery issue, please contact us at support@arcvault.store we will work with you to find a solution in line with your rights as an EU consumer.

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to minimise any impact on your order.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Arc Vault, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS You may have access to third-party tools offered as part of the Services, over which we have no control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites. If you choose to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Arc Vault is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Arc Vault. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Arc Vault. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Arc Vault.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it for more information on how we, Shopify and our partners use your personal data.

SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website.
